O São Paulo pode ter quatro mudanças para enfrentar o Atlético-PR, neste sábado, no Pacaembu, sem ter feito nenhum trabalho tático desde a derrota para o Atlético-MG, na quarta-feira. Além de promover as voltas de Arboleda e Cueva, que estavam com suas seleções, Dorival Júnior corre o risco de buscar substitutos para Militão e Petros, poupados o treino desta sexta-feira por desgaste muscular e que farão testes no aquecimento para saber se jogam.

Ambos estão concentrados com o elenco, mas a comissão técnica ainda não tem garantias de que poderá escalá-los. A situação deles será definida minutos antes do jogo. Caso sejam vetados, as novidades na escalação tendem a ser Buffarini, já que o lateral-direito Bruno segue impedido de atuar por conta de dores na região cervical, e Jucilei.

No restante do time, o mais provável é que Arboleda retome sua vaga na posição de Bruno Alves, responsável por cometer o pênalti que sentenciou a derrota de quarta-feira, e Cueva atue no lugar de Jonanta Gomez, meio-campista que teve péssima atuação em Belo Horizonte.

Com isso, a provável escalação tem: Sidão; Militão (Buffarini), Arboleda, Rodrigo Caio e Júnior Tavares; Petros (Jucilei) e Hernanes; Marcos Guilherme, Cueva e Lucas Fernandes; Pratto. Mas nem essa nem qualquer outra formação foi trabalhada desde o jogo de quarta-feira.

Poupar os titulares de qualquer desgaste tem sido a tônica dos trabalhos desde quarta-feira. Na quinta, ainda em Belo Horizonte, eles ficaram no hotel enquanto reservas treinaram na Cidade do Galo. Nesta sexta-feira, já em São Paulo, a comissão técnica tinha programado um treino para se ambientar ao Pacaembu, mas mudou de ideia para usar a estrutura do CT da Barra Funda na recuperação dos atletas.

Na tarde desta sexta-feira, sob chuva, o que ocorreu no CT foi um trabalho leve, sem nenhuma atividade tática. Os jogadores ficaram trocando passes e variavam os exercícios: Hernanes corria, Pratto finalizava, Buffarini e Marcinho cruzavam, entre outros trabalhos. Tudo para se mexer, mas sem se desgastar demais.

Não foram a campo, além de Militão e Petros, o atacante Gilberto, que segue tratando de contratura na coxa esquerda, o lateral-direito Bruno, com dores cervicais, e o zagueiro Lugano, que sente desconforto na panturrilha direita. Todos serão desfalques, assim como os atacantes Brenner, que disputa o Mundial sub-17, e Morato e Wellington Nem, que operaram seus joelhos direitos e não jogam mais neste ano.

O São Paulo está na zona de rebaixamento do Brasileiro, em 17º lugar, com 31 pontos. O time inicia às 21h deste sábado, contra o Atlético-PR, uma sequência de cinco partidas como mandante no Pacaembu, já que o Morumbi receberá shows nas próximas semanas.

وكان المصري قد فاز على فاركو بثلاثية نظيفة، باستاد برج العرب بالإسكندرية، وذلك في إطار مواجهات الجولة 33 من عمر البطولة المحلية.

وقال طارق السيد في تصريحات تليفزيونية عبر قناة “إي تي سي”: “ميمي عبدالرازق من المدربين المظلومين في مجال التدريب، والجهاز كله على مستوى عالٍ، والجميع يعمل كمنظومة متكاملة، والجميع يسعى لتحقيق نتائج ايجابية وهو ما تحقق مؤخرا”.

واضاف: “حسام حسن من الأسماء التدريبية الكبيرة وغاب عنه التوفيق مع المصري بسبب كثرة الإصابات، وهو ما تضرر منه الفريق، لكن بعد عودة اللاعبين استعاد الفريق الأداء الفني الجيد، وكل اللاعبين قدمت مستوى جيد خلال اللقاءات السابقة”.

وعن نهائي كأس الرابطة قال: “كان لدينا عدة تحديات، وأهمها تحقيق المركز الخامس وهو مركز مؤثر وجيد لجمهور بورسعيد، كنا نطمع في المربع الذهبي لكن ذلك كان صعبا، ونتمنى المشاركة في بطولة خارجية خلال الموسم المقبل، وكذلك ننتظر الفائز من لقاء الأهلي والداخلية في كأس مصر، بالإضافة للصعود إلى نهائي كأس الرابطة”.

وأردف: “نتمنى تكليل مجهودنا بالفوز ببطولة هذا الموسم سواء كأس مصر أو كاس الرابطة، وكل الجهاز الفني واللاعبين يعملون على تقديم مستوى جيد وتحقيق طموحات الجماهير، ونتمنى الفوز بكأس الرابطة، والأمور الآخرى متروكة لإدارة نادي المصري”.

واستطرد: “تم الاتفاق معنا للعمل كجهاز مؤقت، وحتى الآن الاتفاق ساري كما هو، ولا يوجد شئ رسمي بشأن تمديد التعاقد لموسم آخر، وفي النهاية نسعى لتحقيق نتيجة ايجابية حتى نهاية الموسم، ونترك الأمر لمجلس الإدارة الذي يعمل لمصلحة النادي فقط”.

وأتم: “وفقًا لـ عقد إلياس الجلاصي مستمر مع نادي المصري لموسمين آخرين، والنية داخل إدارة النادي هي التمسك باللاعب وعدم الاستغناء عنه، لأن التفكير هو المنافسة على البطولات في الموسم المقبل، في ظل وجود دعم جماهيري كما أنه لدينا فريق جيد ويحتاج فقط لتدعيمات بسيطة”.

Crystal Palace supporters have been in fine voice in recent times after seeing their team get back to winning ways in the Premier League over the weekend.

Roy Hodgson’s men went into their trip to Huddersfield Town off the back of three successive league defeats, with Liverpool, Watford, and Southampton getting the better of the Eagles in the last few weeks. Yet the London club picked up a vital three points at the John Smith’s Stadium to stop the rot, with influential ace Wilfried Zaha getting the all-important goal seven minutes before half time to secure a narrow 1-0 success for Hodgson’s side.

As such, there have been many thrilled Palace fans up and down the country in recent times, several of whom have been heaping praise on Ivory Coast international Zaha, who again proved his worth to the Eagles with another match-winning display in Yorkshire at the weekend.

And while the 25-year-old was a constant menace to the Terriers backline on Saturday, and thus certainly played his part in Palace’s success, it was the efforts of defender Mamadou Sakho, who earns £100,000 a week as per Spotrac, which appear to have gone slightly unnoticed.

The former Liverpool defender has been an ever-present in Hodgson’s side this term but was reunited with fellow centre back James Tomkins for the trip to Huddersfield, what with the latter missing the 2-0 loss to Southampton prior to the international break.

And the duo produced a commanding performance in the heart of the backline to help the Eagles to a clean sheet and thus all three points, with Sakho winning seven of the ten aerial duels he competed for at the John Smith’s Stadium, as well as making a team-high eight clearances over the course of the 90 minutes.

Add in a completed tackle, an interception, a block, and no fouls, and the 28-year-old read the game superbly to enable Palace to remain resolute at the back and thus not give Huddersfield a sniff of an opportunity, yet he also did the business on the ball as well.

The Frenchman, capped 28 times by his country at senior level, had more touches of the ball than any other Palace player (67), while his 85% pass success rate was better than the other three members of Hodgson’s backline – he gave them great composure when on the ball, while also delivered off it as well.

Special mentions must also go to fellow defender Tomkins, whose reintroduction into a backline that then kept a clean sheet cannot go unnoticed, as well as right back Aaron Wan-Bissaka, who again produced a professional and mature performance down the right-hand-side for Hodgson’s team.

So while talisman Zaha will again hit the headlines for providing the moment of brilliance to seal all three points for Palace on Saturday, defender Sakho was their unsung hero in victory over Huddersfield.

The legspinner Fawad Ahmed’s application for Australian citizenship has officially been approved, clearing the way for a possible call-up to the Test squad for the Ashes. Ahmed described the confirmation from former federal immigration minister Brendan O’Connor as a “dream moment”, and said he was now looking forward to giving something back to the country that had welcomed him after he fled from Pakistan in 2010.In one of his final acts as immigration minister before losing the position in a cabinet reshuffle, O’Connor approved the application last week and an official citizenship ceremony is all that remains before Ahmed can obtain his passport. The announcement was made at the MCG on Tuesday and O’Connor said he had listened to a number of submissions, including those from Cricket Australia, on the character and virtues possessed by Ahmed.”I was able to tell Fawad Ahmed today that his application for citizenship has been approved,” O’Connor said. “It was approved late last week … and it was approved because we were able to look at the application in a different light because of the changes to the Australian citizenship act that went through the parliament not long ago.”Those changes meant that some individuals could have their citizenship fast-tracked if it was considered they could be of benefit to Australia in a range of fields, including sport, science, medicine and the performing arts.However, Ahmed’s lack of wickets in two matches for Australia A in Belfast and Bristol last month mean that an Ashes call-up is no certainty, and he is instead concentrating on the upcoming Australia A tour of Zimbabwe and South Africa. Ahmed said he was grateful for the support he had received in his application for citizenship and he was pleased to be able to focus solely on cricket for the first time in many years.”It’s a long journey and it was a long struggle,” Ahmed said on Tuesday. “The whole community of Australia – the people really supported me throughout this journey. It’s a victory for our sport … and for this country. I just can’t wait to be a citizen. Especially in the field of cricket, I just want to give back something to this country.”I have a great opportunity with Australia A in Zimbabwe and South Africa. I will try my best to perform well on those two tours and it depends on the selections. It will be an honour to represent Australia in the Ashes or maybe other tournaments. It’s more relaxed now, I can feel there are no issues. I was bowling against the wind. But I should have bowled a bit better than that. I bowled a few really good balls as well and beat the bat, and I was unlucky a few times with dropped catches but that’s a part of cricket.”

De todos esses sete gols, só dois não foram marcados por atacantes – o zagueiro Luan deixou o seu na vitória por 2 a 0 sobre o São Caetano, assim como o meia Gustavo Scarpa em triunfo pelo mesmo placar, convertendo pênalti contra o Bragantino. O baixíssimo número de um time que é o atual campeão brasileiro e acumula alternativas para todas as posições não preocupa Felipão. O treinador prefere exaltar as oportunidades que sua equipe tem criado e promete cobrar, somente, mais capricho na conclusão das jogadas já a partir desta quarta-feira, quando o Palmeiras recebe o Ituano, no Allianz Parque.

-O repertório está bom. O time tem criado oportunidades. Quando se cria oportunidades, não podemos reclamar de nada, não. Se não criasse nenhuma… Mas tem criado, no mínimo, quatro oportunidades vivas de gol. O que podemos cobrar mais da equipe e dos jogadores é um pouco mais de qualidade no último chute, ou no último cabeceio, ou no passe final. E isso fazemos durante a semana – disse o comandante.

– Não é porque a equipe do Palmeiras permaneceu quase a mesma do ano passado que tem superioridade, as outras equipes têm qualidades idênticas ao Palmeiras. Para muitos, é uma situação em que o Palmeiras tem muitos jogadores e tem de ganhar de qualquer. Acho isso um absurdo.

They will expect to return to London by the weekend with that reputation enhanced.They look brisk, vigorous and confident in their good habits, the smart, well-drilled side down from the big city. Fifteen Somerset wickets in 56 overs tend to do wonders for your belief. Fifteen Somerset wickets in 56 overs : such things do not happen.Tim Murtagh, the leading Division One wicket taker with 28 at 15 runs apiece, so far has eight wickets for spit in the match. He has an insistent, all-brushed-up style, swings the ball and, at 31, is logically approaching his peak. He felt so good in himself that afterwards he even described the day as probably the best in his career.Victory against Somerset would take them to the top of the First Division with the LV= Championship not far short of midway and encourage hopes of winning their first title for 20 years when Mike Gatting was at the helm.Gatt would drink to that; in fact, he would probably eat to it as well. He should start tucking in his napkin now because on the evidence of the past two days they have a good shout. A torcida do Palmeiras comprou 31 mil ingressos de forma antecipada para o clássico deste sábado, às 17h, contra o Corinthians, no Allianz Parque. Os sócios-torcedores adquiriram 21 mil destas entradas na pré-venda, que se encerrou às 10h de terça. Desde então, o restante dos palmeirenses teve acesso à comercialização.

Os valores praticados pela diretoria alviverde vêm gerando protestos nas redes sociais e nas ruas por parte da torcida. A Mancha Alviverde, por exemplo, já soltou nota e levou faixas antes do jogo contra o São Caetano, questionando o preço dos ingressos e do Avanti, que teve aumento de 20% neste ano.

As medidas, de acordo com a principal organizada do Palmeiras, acabam elitizando o Allianz Parque. Para o Dérbi, o preço cheio de um ingresso do Gol Norte é R$ 100. O mais caro (Central Oeste) custa R$ 250. Sócios-torcedores têm desconto no valor.
